Whether carving a pumpkin, or just harvesting pumpkins from the garden, what better idea is there than to toast your pumpkin seeds? I thought this was a great idea, but realized we had never toasted them before, so would need recipes. Here is what I found and I hope maybe you can find something of use here for yourself. :)
